Computer-Computer Limited, (Com-Com), have recently acquired by the major US “Third Party Maintainer”, Park Place Technologies Limited.
Gemsmart have worked with Com-Com since 2014 beginning as consultants and then taking on larger roles within both the sales and account management sections of the organisation. Park Place Technologies are an American based technology company that operate throughout the world and have been looking for an opportunity to further expand into the EMEA market place. Com-Com was seen as the perfect way to do this as both organisations have complimentary offers that integrate perfectly.
The sale comes after Gemsmart have worked alongside Com-Com for several years helping to build within and are pleased to have played a part in helping the organisation develop to a stage where they are such a positive acquisition to a company the size and stature of Park Place Technology Limited.
Gemsmart are looking forward to continuing to work alongside Com-Com and in assisting Park Place Technologies to help in the integration of Com-Com and support their continued grow into the EMEA market in the future.
