With experience in the pharmaceutical, commercial, public sector and IT industries Mike has constantly delivered results far in advance of expectations. With 20 plus years at one of Europe’s leading IT suppliers Mike progressed up through the sales organisation, eventually heading the UK&I sales operation and delivering annual targets in excess of 250M euros with a sales and pre-sales team numbering over 100 people..

On the sale of the high growth service business area to another major European IT Company Mike assumed the role of the CEO of the remaining UK & Ireland operation. It is in this role where he personally feels that he delivered his greatest success. By managing a complete change in the Company’s culture and focussing on four key business areas he and his team succeeded in turning-around the fortunes of the UK & Ireland IT business. From a business constantly making a loss he and his team consistently delivered a profit to the Group parent company in the five and a half years Mike was CEO of the operation.

Since moving on Mike has taken on interim roles in a number of organisations, all of which are now delivering better results from when he first joined them.
