Following the successful implementation of the Everyday Section 11 audit tool into Richmond upon Thames, the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames have been convinced of the benefits of the Everyday tool and adopted the system in preference to the manual process used previously. The Section 11 on-line audit tool is a self-assessment tool that assesses the effectiveness of all organisations involved in the Section 11 process at a strategic level.
