Bio:

A highly experienced and successful IT professional Kim has held senior roles at Fujitsu Services, Steria and Bull Information Systems Limited. Kim brings a wide range of skills including general & business management, project & program management, contract negotiation, customer relationships at all levels within an organization, together with sales and account management. A particular strength is building & sustaining multi-national and geographically disparate teams. The activities have been undertaken across a wide geographic area including management responsibilities for operations in a large number of European countries. The skills cover a wide range of industry sectors including:

    Public Sector – both local and central government and education

    Commercial – including financial services, retail and manufacturing

    NFP operations

The IT services that have been provided range from customer services, including mobile engineering, multi lingual help desks, desktop management through to IT Infrastructure including data centers and networks through to bespoke development projects, systems integration and business consulting. These have been provided as both managed services and outsourcing contracts. The main focus throughout has been on delivery but in addition Kim also has had sales and account management responsibilities. The types of contract have ranged in size up to multi-million pound programs with responsibility for managing organizations up to 1200 people in size.
